Dairy Worker Receives £3,500.00 Damages

Mr. Wilkinson was a production worker working at a dairy.

He was working doing his own job when a pressure tank failed and caused the lid on the tank to be released without pressure.

A plastic screw with a metal insert was thrown out which struck him on the side of the head. He was not knocked out by the blow but it did make him feel sick and he subsequently vomited. Road Traffic Accident Passenger Receives £140,000 Compensation
