Refer a friend to us for a personal injury claim and you will receive £150 per accepted claim.
The Referral Scheme is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
- 1. The Claim being accepted.
- 2. Liability being admitted.
- 3. The personal injury claim must be worth in excess of £1000.00.
- 4. A Conditional Fee Agreement form must be signed and returned.
- 5. You must have instructed us direct and not through a Ministry of Justice regulated body.
- 6. We will only pay one referral fee per claim.
- 7. The third party must be traced.
- 8. CICA claims are excluded.
